I am hereby applying for the enrollment of my child to Camp Tzafona for the upcoming season. The $995 application fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted into camp. Upon acceptance, the application fee will be deducted from the total cost of $4,995 USD. A grace period of 48 hours is given upon acceptance for the return of your deposit. I understand that this application is subject to approval and availability. Payment can be made via Zelle to BENAISENSTARK@GMAIL.COM or by Check made payable to CAMP TZAFONA 18 Wilson Blvd, Jackson, NJ 08527. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
