I am hereby applying for the enrollment of my child to Camp Tzafona for the upcoming season. The $895 application fee will be refunded if the applicant is not accepted into camp. Upon acceptance the application fee will be deducted from the total cost of $4,895 USD. A grace period of 48 hours is given upon acceptance for the return of your deposit. I understand that this application is subject to approval and availability. All checks should be made payable to CAMP TZAFONA 18 Wilson Blvd, Jackson, NJ 08527 or by using Zelle/Chase QuickPay to BENAISENSTARK@GMAIL.COM - PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY APPLICATION RECEIVED WITHOUT A DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
